Is Stone 15th Anniversary Escondidian Imperial Black IPA the Best Black IPA Ever Made?
I took a few days off from uploading, just to give myself a breather from the shooting and editing.
Before I took the break, however, I shot this video. Ryan gave this beer an A+, which psyched me up for trying it. Since then, Jamison has also given it an A+.
I guess I’m the spoiler of the bunch. I “only” gave it an A.
Stone / Ishii / Baird Japanese Green Tea IPA (Video)
Another beer sent to me by my buddy Ryan. We get Stone in my area but for some reason we never seem to get any of the collaboration beers.
This one is a good idea and well-put-together, but it doesn’t quite work. It’s solid and interesting and makes me want to play with those ingredients in my homebrew, which makes it worth trying even aside from the charitable nature of the beer, but overall it’s just a “solid” example of an IPA.
